JOB DESCRIPTION -Sr. Structure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the structural design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for national and international projects.
· Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
· Ensure designs comply with Indian and international codes (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.).
· Review and approve structural models developed using ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and other engineering software.
· Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, BIM teams, geotechnical engineers, and clients throughout project execution.
· Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and optimize structural systems for safety and cost efficiency.
· Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and project teams.
· Attend client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits whenever required.
· Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide innovative structural solutions.
· Monitor project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
· Support business development by participating in technical proposals and client discussions.
Required Qualifications
· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
· M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred)
· Minimum 15 years of relevant structural engineering experience
· Experience working on high-rise, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
· Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Technical Skills
· Expert knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure Design.
· Strong understanding of seismic, wind, and foundation design.
· Proficiency in:
o ETABS
o STAAD Pro
o SAFE
o SAP2000
o AutoCAD
o Revit Structure
o Tekla (Preferred)
o MS Excel and structural design spreadsheets
· Familiarity with BIM workflows is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
· Minimum 15 years of structural design consultancy experience.
· Experience in handling international engineering projects will be an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of engineering standards, QA/QC processes, and project delivery.
· Ability to independently lead projects from concept to completion.
· Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.

DAYS: MON-SAT (Alternate Saturdays Off)
