We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong full-stack engineering expertise to join a growing Voice AI platform team. This role involves approximately 60% hands-on engineering and 40% technical leadership, leading a small team of 3-4 engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the engineering and architecture of a Voice AI platform including voice-bot infrastructure, telephony integrations, call analytics, and client-facing dashboards.
- Make architectural decisions and build production systems end-to-end.
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team while remaining hands-on with coding.
- Scale the platform for enterprise adoption globally, building on strong commercial traction.
This is an opportunity to work on backend services, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, frontend development, and data pipelines in a commercially successful SaaS environment.
