We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a dynamic team in a remote capacity (with a preference for in-office presence in Chennai).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and enterprise systems, from architecture through delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and strong solutioning capabilities.
- Operate as a strategic partner, engaging deeply in complex integration-heavy environments.
- Contribute to account growth through effective solution development and client collaboration.
Experience & Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to take deep ownership of projects and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Comfortable working in complex, integration-heavy technical environments.
- Strong communication skills to operate as a strategic partner rather than solely a technical executor.
Compensation: Competitive salary range from 40 to 80 LPA, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
