We are seeking an experienced Service Project Manager to oversee multiple international service projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing 4–6 concurrent projects, including resource planning, mobilisation, execution, customer communication, risk management, and project closure.
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of international service projects.
- Plan and mobilise resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
- Ensure successful project closure and documentation.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines and propulsion systems.
- Experience in the marine or shipping industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in project execution, resource planning, and customer management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownership.
