We are seeking a Senior Engineer based in India with 5 to 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team building advanced AI-driven solutions for the equipment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own product development end-to-end, including real-time voice agents with sub-second latency.
- Develop and maintain vector-store memory systems and CRM integrations.
- Build and scale multi-tenant infrastructure from serving 10 to 10,000 organizations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of production experience with full-stack TypeScript development.
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and real-time systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 50 to 100 LPA.
