Position: Senior Full-Stack Salesforce & AI Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and AI/LLM application development. The ideal candidates should be capable of working independently, making sound technical decisions, and contributing with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and backend development.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience in LLM application development and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic architectures.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems and services.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using appropriate technologies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Make independent technical decisions and contribute to architecture and solution design.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, Apex, and LWC.
- Strong experience with Python, APIs, integrations, and backend development.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI applications, AI agents, and agentic architectures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
