Role Overview:
Take full ownership of frontend development and lead the design and delivery of world-class user experiences across a dynamic product suite. The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in frontend technologies and a strong background in building AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces, streaming interactions, and agent-driven workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own frontend architecture and standards end-to-end.
- Design and implement high-quality, performant, accessible, and reliable frontend solutions.
- Develop AI-native product features that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend engineers (SDE-1 and SDE-2).
- Ensure strong end-to-end ownership of frontend projects with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building AI-powered user interfaces and workflows.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Focus on performance optimization, accessibility standards, and product reliability.
