About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join the engineering team of a product-based client. You'll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, user-friendly web applications while working closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications
- Build reusable and maintainable frontend components and UI architectures
- Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality, production-ready applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end product features
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex frontend issues
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
- Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and engineering practices
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design
- Experience building reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services
- Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
- Good understanding of Git and version control
- Experience with frontend testing and debugging practices
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Good knowledge of browser compatibility, accessibility, and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4–8 years of professional experience in frontend/software development
- Strong professional experience developing and delivering production-grade web applications
- Proven experience working with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript in a professional environment
- Experience working in a product-based, SaaS, or technology-driven environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices
