We are seeking a Meta Performance Marketing Specialist to lead hands-on Meta advertising efforts focused on customer acquisition. This role involves managing campaign budgets, creative testing, measurement, and scaling with an emphasis on acquiring customers who activate, pay, and retain.

Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA, flexible for the right candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Take direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager campaigns and budgets, including setup, pacing, and scaling
- Collaborate with filmmaking and growth teams to run creative testing
- Focus on metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback, and profitability
- Provide reporting grounded in actual business outcomes
