We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff Research to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves end-to-end ownership of simulation environments designed to stress-test agents and evaluate benchmarks for real capability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop long-horizon simulation environments.
- Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to assess agent performance.
- Conduct post-training processes including supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL) on collected data.
- Collaborate closely with a small, agile team with direct involvement from leadership.
- Deliver rapid iterations and improvements within short timeframes.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (remote work possible)
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Salary Range: 60 - 150 LPA
