We are seeking a Lending Product Manager to own the end-to-end lending experience, from user intent to loan disbursal. This role involves managing lending journeys and lender integrations via APIs, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data teams, and external lending partners.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (In-office)
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Compensation: Up to 45 LPA cash plus ESOPs and benefits, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire lending surface end-to-end, including onboarding and disbursal processes.
- Manage integrations with lending partners through APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Risk, and Data.
- Build products targeted at underserved credit users, focusing on real product-market fit.
