Role Overview:
- Provide legal support with a focus on corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, ESOP/equity matters, and regulatory issues.
- Work closely with US-based companies and ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the organization in maintaining 100% regulatory compliance in operations and engagements.
