We are seeking a Lead ML Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in machine learning implementation and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the machine learning practice from the ground up in a startup environment.
- Hire and manage an ML engineering team, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Design and engineer reinforcement learning (RL) environments and feedback loops.
- Build infrastructure for collecting, evaluating, and utilizing data in production ML systems.
- Collaborate closely with ML platform engineering teams to drive core ML implementations.

Experience: 8-12 years at a senior/staff level with deep technical expertise in ML.
