We are seeking a Lead Engineer (Backend-Heavy) to join a founding team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves leading the backend engineering efforts for an innovative AI product agent that understands products deeply by ingesting apps, design files, and documentation to build persistent memory for product-aware design.
Responsibilities:
- Own the platform architecture
- Architect the integration of the AI layer
- Make critical technical decisions
- Define team coding standards and workflows
- Deliver end-to-end solutions
Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout, onsite 5 days a week)
Experience: 3 - 7 years
Compensation: ₹30–50 LPA, with equity options available and flexible for the right candidate.
