We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves embedding security into every stage of the development lifecycle including CI/CD security automation, AWS infrastructure security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS. You will work on a live platform handling real financial data at scale, processing over 5,000 concurrent requests in real-time.
Location: Bengaluru (In-office)
Experience: 4 - 8 years
Compensation: Up to 50 LPA cash plus ESOPs and benefits, with flexibility for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead security initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD security automation.
- Manage AWS infrastructure security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support scalable and secure deployments.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate with a small, high-density engineering team to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
