We are seeking a Founding Staff Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-native platform startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time, in-office role located in HSR Layout.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of the systems infrastructure supporting the company’s next stage of growth, including cloud architecture, deployment, reliability, observability, and durable workflow execution.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the engineering team.
- Write production-quality code and influence architectural decisions.
- Ensure engineering delivery quality and timelines in close collaboration with the founding team.
- Own customer problems end-to-end, spanning product, backend, and infrastructure.
Experience Requirements:
- Typically 9 to 15 years of professional experience.
- Strong expertise in systems infrastructure and distributed systems.
Compensation: Salary range of 80 to 100 LPA.
