We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to join an innovative team focused on next-generation organic marketing solutions powered by AI. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with 3 days per week in the office.
Role Overview:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in product design and user experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills in product design, not just polished final screens.
- Collaborate in designing products that enhance organic marketing through AI-driven insights and execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Contribute to the foundational design approach as a key member of the early team.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 15 to 30 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.
