You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills, and a passion for creating seamless user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop intuitive user experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or customer-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions is a plus.
