We are seeking an experienced Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead product and engineering functions end to end. This is a senior leadership role based in Bengaluru, requiring 7 to 13 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product and engineering strategy and execution.
- Lead and manage a team of 10–20 engineers and product professionals.
- Drive the company’s technology and product development from initial concept through scaling.
- Build and grow agentic B2B products with a focus on organic growth and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a founder or founding-team leader who has built products from 0 to 1 and scaled them to 10+ users or customers.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-sized teams (10–20 people).
- Deep understanding of building scalable B2B SaaS or AI-powered products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with AI, SEO, GEO, or content-related technologies is a plus.
