Role Overview:
Work closely with the founder and CEO to help scale the business through its next phase of growth by taking ownership of high-priority business problems across growth, revenue, product, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the founder’s office to drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage and execute cross-functional projects spanning growth, revenue, and product.
- Operate with high agency, moving seamlessly between strategy formulation and hands-on execution.
- Contribute to building and scaling a business focused on female health.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in women’s health and a passion for building products or services in this industry.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate across teams and priorities.
