We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join a dynamic team located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role requires working onsite 5 days a week at the HSR location.
Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Contribute to the development of conversational AI and customer support automation.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python is preferred.
- Experience or interest in generative AI technologies.
- Prior experience in voice technology companies is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time from the Bengaluru office.
Compensation: Salary range is 25 - 40 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.
