About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Webmaster to oversee the development, maintenance, optimization, and content management of websites.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of web technologies, CMS/eCommerce platforms, SEO, UX, accessibility, and website performance. Digital Agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance
- Maintain and update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across devices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Ensure optimal website uptime and performance.
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword optimization, meta tags, and structured data.
- Monitor website analytics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Content Management
- Coordinate with content creators for timely and accurate website updates.
- Manage website assets including images, videos, and documents.
- Ensure website content and processes comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2.5–4 years of relevant Webmaster / Web experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM
- Hands-on experience with CMS/eCommerce platforms such as:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Drupal
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Web Design and UX principles
- Awareness of GDPR and Accessibility Compliance
- Website troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Website maintenance and performance optimization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Digital Agency experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
