Webflow Developer & UI/UX Designer
We are hiring a hands-on Webflow Developer & UI/UX Designer to help us design, build, and continuously improve modern, high-performing websites.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer/developer who has a strong eye for design, enjoys building things independently, and wants meaningful ownership of web projects.
You’ll work across UI/UX design, Figma, Webflow development, responsive design, website performance, SEO fundamentals, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, modern, and conversion-focused website experiences in Figma.
- Build responsive pages and reusable components in Webflow.
- Translate Figma designs into polished, pixel-accurate Webflow websites.
- Create landing pages for campaigns, product launches, features, and growth initiatives.
- Maintain consistent design systems across websites.
- Improve website navigation, information architecture, and overall user experience.
- Ensure websites work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Manage Webflow CMS, components, forms, interactions, and animations.
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and technical quality.
- Implement basic on-page and technical SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to turn ideas into live web experiences.
- Use analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improve layouts, messaging, CTAs, and conversion flows.
- Conduct website QA and ensure releases are production-ready.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of professional experience. We care more about your portfolio, fundamentals, curiosity, and ability to build.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow through internships, freelance work, personal projects, or professional work.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong visual design sense, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency.
- Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into Webflow.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, components, interactions, and animations.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of testing your own work.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Nice to Have
- JavaScript or custom code in Webflow
- GSAP or advanced web animations
- Web analytics tools
- Conversion rate optimization or A/B testing
- Experience with SaaS or technology websites
- Experience with other no-code/low-code tools
- AI-assisted design and development workflows
- Basic graphic or motion design skills
What Success Looks Like
You should be able to take a website requirement from idea → UX → design → Webflow build → QA → launch with increasing independence.
Over time, you’ll take ownership of website experiences and proactively identify ways to make them faster, clearer, more engaging, and more effective.
