Hyperion Capital Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) managed by Hyperion Capital Managers LLP, specializing in structured credit, special situations, distressed assets, and transitional financing. Our investment philosophy is driven by strong governance, disciplined underwriting, active portfolio monitoring, and long-term value creation.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead fundraising and investor acquisition for our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive fundraising strategy and execution for AIF Category II across HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key investors and distribution partners.
- Expand the distribution network by developing partnerships with private banks, wealth management firms, IFAs, MFDs, and other financial intermediaries.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve fundraising and AUM growth targets.
- Lead investor presentations, due diligence discussions, and relationship management initiatives.
- Mentor and lead the fundraising team to achieve business objectives.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven track record in raising capital for AIF, PMS, or Alternative Investment products.
- Strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Wealth Managers, and Distribution Partners.
- Demonstrated success in mobilizing significant Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Strategic mindset with exceptional execution and deal-closing capabilities.
