Food Store Executive / Retail Coffee & Tea Stall Staff
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee, tea, and food retail store.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other food and beverage items.
- Handle customer orders and provide good customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and serving area.
- Manage food and beverage stock and ensure proper storage.
- Check stock availability and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Handle basic billing and cash/payment transactions when required.
- Ensure food items are properly displayed and maintained.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the food store.
