1. Senior Project Engineer (MEPF/Structure) and Senior Architect
Responsibilities
- Participate in project management activities, BIM/VDC workflows, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
- Undergo training & be familiar with all GDC services related to project engineering verticals to perform tasks per highest standards required as GDC team members.
- Participate in coordination and communication with the Client’s US project managers during the daily project meetings and provide updates on their assigned tasks.
- Develop a thorough understanding of construction-industry practices and how facilities are designed and built in Indian and international markets.
- Understanding & prepared to work on all project engineering activities including (but not limited to) 2D overlays, submittals, change orders, estimation, etc.
- Assist the project managers on initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours & resources required for successful projects execution.
- Maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both India & US entities.
- Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards & protocols across the company and individual projects.
- Develop and lead training sessions for your team and trade partners.
- Take ownership of document management applications
2. Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager (MEPF, Structure, and Architecture)
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
- Directly supervise and train all team members assigned to project engineering vertically across different tiers.
- Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity
- Train and develop direct reports utilizing the job and internal and external training or development opportunities.
- Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit weekly job status reports.
- Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards & protocols across the company and individual projects.
- Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence
- Be the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours & resources required for successful projects execution.
- Lead product development efforts for the GDC team and supervise team members involved in the phased developments of these products.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both GDC and US entities.
- Lead coordination & communication with the GDC project managers during the daily project update meetings or when required.
- Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by GDC & all parties involved and use them for effective project delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical), architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5–8+ years of construction experience, preferably with a reputed construction or engineering firm, including at least one year of exposure to BIM.
- Demonstrated knowledge of change order and submittals management, and general project administration.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
- Preferred – Bluebeam/On-screen takeoffs/estimation software experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Interest and passion for building and industry
3. Project Manager – Architecture / Senior Architect
Experience: 5–15 years
Job Summary
- Candidates should conduct all managerial tasks in technical models and deliverables to match requirements stated in the BIM Execution plan.
- Outstanding knowledge in architectural projects like residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.
- Effectively managing the team.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and other architectural project types.
- Deliver assigned project outputs within the agreed schedule.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and job-shadowing opportunities to develop team members.
Responsibilities
- Act as a main point of contact for BIM and related issues
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, including coordination, schedule, quality, BIM deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Ensuring the quality
- Ensuring the BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan
- Controls and updates the BIM Execution Plan when required
- Establishes processes and protocols for data exchange and user rights to maintain model integrity and validity.
- Generates and monitors schedules and milestones as agreed upon by project participants.
- Communicate with project partners to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided.
- Coordinates and ensures the data extraction required by the different construction trades with the design team.
- Ensures that the BIM deliverables are in line with the QA process.
Managerial Skills
- Produces clash and design issues reports

- Monitor project quality against agreed deliverables, standards, and client requirements, and address deviations promptly.
- Ensuring the BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, construction technology, or a related field from a reputed university, or an equivalent international qualification.
- 5–15 years of experience in BIM implementation, processes, and standards preferred.
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit Architecture, Navisworks Manage, Sketch up.
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Required Skills
- Planning Resources: Defining the project’s scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project’s progress.
- Assemble and lead the project team: Take ownership of assigned projects and all associated deliverables, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
- Time Management ‐define, schedules and accurately estimates the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.
- Quality and satisfaction: Deliver projects in accordance with agreed quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage Issues and Risk: Identifying the issues at the initial stage and giving the proper solutions for every problem during the project's execution.
- Monitoring Progress: collecting the project data to see if the project's progress is meeting what is first planned. Reallocating the resources to accommodate these changes required during the project.
- Documentation: Maintain the documentation throughout the project to be retrieved at any time.
4. Landscape Architect (Senior Architect / Project Manager)
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and delivery of high-quality landscape architecture projects across various typologies including public realm, hospitality, residential, and urban infrastructure.
- Drive the development and management of BIM models for complex landscape projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and digital delivery standards.
- Integrate sustainable design principles, low-impact development strategies, and local environmental considerations into all stages of design.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including architects, MEP engineers, civil consultants, and contractors to ensure landscape designs are seamlessly integrated into broader project frameworks.
- Maintain BIM documentation, drawing standards, LOD requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific BIM protocols.
- Oversee and participate in clash detection, model validation, and issue resolution through platforms like Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, technical documentation, BOQs, and specifications in collaboration with support teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews, QA/QC checks, and technical workshops with teams and clients.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients for design presentations, progress updates, and technical discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment with expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design (Preferred).
- Proven expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools; experience with BIM 360, Enscape, Lumion, or Twin motion is advantageous.
