Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches.
- Arts & Science graduates only.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the US Shift.

- Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines.
