Position Details
- Skill: AR Calling (RCM)
- Role: Process Analyst / Sr. Process Analyst
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years

- Work Location: enGen Global Hyderabad(HQ) 12D, 6th floor, M/s Sundew Properties Ltd, IT/ITES SEZ, Mindspace, HITEC City, Madhapur.
- Walk-In Date: 20th August 2026 (Thursday)
- Walk-In Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform insurance follow-up and AR collections.
- Analyze denied and unpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all account activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Graduate
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of AR Calling experience .
- Must have proper relieving and experience documents from previous employers
- Freshers are not eligible for this requirement
