Job Title: VP_IT and Infrastructure
Location: Mumbai, India
Function: Operations
About NeuIQ: NeuIQ is an AI services partner; the Architects of the AI-Native GTM Enterprise. We engineer the data, workflows, and agents that turn enterprise go-to-market into compounding revenue, across Customer Experience, Sales & Revenue Operations, Customer Insights, and Marketing.
We are AI-native ourselves: we build with the tools we ship, and every role here works alongside AI - agents run inside our own discovery, integration, and QA workflows. You’ll join a senior, high-leverage, multidisciplinary team - engineered to move at the scale of a much larger firm - led by entrepreneurs and operators who have navigated multiple technology waves, working with frontier models and best-in-class platforms at every layer of the enterprise stack, with startup speed and enterprise rigor.
Role Overview: NeuIQ is moving its IT & Infrastructure function in-house and is looking for a senior leader to own this transition end-to-end and then run the function. The VP / AVP – IT & Infrastructure will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning all IT operations from the current managed service provider to NeuIQ’s in-house team, building the required processes, governance frameworks, and capabilities from the ground up, and leading the function as the company scales toward its $100mn ambition. This is a builder’s role – equal parts transition manager, infrastructure leader, and eventually assume the role as a CTO. The ideal candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, highly accountable, and excited about building something from scratch within a high-growth, start-up environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilites
Transition (Months 1–3) • Own the end-to-end transition of IT & Infrastructure from the incumbent managed

as the growth accelarates

• Act as Data Security training SPOC – ensure all employees receive ongoing
information security training and awareness
Client Engagement & Cross-Functional Support • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT, data, and infrastructure-related
queries in client RFPs and due diligence processes.
• Own client due diligences as we onboard new clients in our growth journey
• Act as CISO / BISO for the organization – provide technology leadership on IT
infrastructure decisions at the leadership level
• Maintain ITSM practices and an up-to-date IT asset register; generate access, license
usage, and compliance reports for management and governance purposes.
• Manage and provide on-demand IT support and emergency troubleshooting as
required by the business.

Benefits
Why NeuIQ - Five reasons candidates choose us
1. Work at the frontier, for real. No demo-ware, no pilots that die in the sandbox. You’ll ship working agents into production - every one anchored to a measurable business outcome a client is counting on. Fourteen-plus client AI solutions shipped and counting.
2. Become AI-native yourself. We invest in it deliberately - a structured AI training pathway that builds your capability, an AI hub that gives you a governed environment to build in, and an agent lab where your experiments become company assets. The transformation we sell to clients runs inside our own house first, starting with you.
3. See the whole system, not a silo. Data, platforms, and AI are engineered as one system by one team - architects, data and AI engineers, integration and cloud specialists, designers, and QA in a single delivery model. You’ll understand how the entire climb works, from raw signal to autonomous agent - the kind of end-to-end fluency most careers never offer.
4. Work directly with operators, not layers below them. Our leadership team averages 20+ years of experience - entrepreneurs who have navigated multiple technology waves with a track record of customer and shareholder success - sharpened by an advisory board of senior industry executives across the four GTM functions. Here, proximity to that judgment is daily, not annual.
5. Join a category being built - not maintained. Eighteen months ago, AI-Native GTM was a sentence in a deck. Today, anchor partners are staking their reputations on it publicly. Getting in while the category is being defined means your fingerprints end up on the foundation - and we treat Run as the destination, so what you build is what you’ll see operate, compound, and matter.
Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: NeuIQ is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status.
