Company Description Engage Educate Elevate Empower (E4) is dedicated to partnering with women and disadvantaged businesses to help them reach their full potential. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Halol. The volunteer will support E4’s programs by assisting with workshops, trainings, and outreach activities focused on IT, Cyber, AI, and Government Contracts. Day-to-day tasks may include helping organize events, coordinating with partner organizations, preparing learning materials, and providing basic administrative support. The role also involves engaging with participants, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve program delivery. Volunteers will collaborate closely with E4 staff to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Interest in or basic understanding of IT, Cybersecurity, AI, or Government contracting, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse communities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to support events, workshops, and day-to-day program activities.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Halol and collaborate as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and empowerment of women and disadvantaged businesses.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using common productivity tools; prior volunteer or community service experience is a plus.
