Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role located in Indore. The volunteer will assist with daily operational tasks, such as supporting program delivery, helping organize events or activities, and providing general administrative support as needed. Responsibilities may include interacting with community members, maintaining records, coordinating with team members, and helping ensure that services are delivered efficiently and respectfully. The role involves collaborating with staff and other volunteers, following guidance from supervisors, and contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse groups of people, both in person and in writing
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow instructions from coordinators or supervisors
- Reliability, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility toward assigned duties
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing needs, and maintain a supportive attitude toward community members
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with common office tools is beneficial
- Prior volunteer or community service experience in any sector is an advantage but not required
