*Role: Voice Coach / Voice & Accent Trainer*
🔹 Improve spoken English, pronunciation, accent neutrality and communication skills
🔹 Conduct Voice & Accent training for customer service advisors
🔹 Conduct individual and team coaching sessions
🔹 Develop training materials and learning content
🔹 Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
🔹 Support operational goals through continuous performance improvement
🔹 Experience in a BPM/BPO environment will be preferred
