About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Coach – AR to lead and support the Accounts Receivable team for Home Healthcare accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM, AR follow-up, denial management, team performance, and client/process requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and mentor AR team members to achieve productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
- Handle AR follow-up for Home Healthcare claims, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Review aging reports and prioritize accounts for timely resolution.
- Identify denial trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex AR issues.
- Prepare and share performance reports and operational updates with management.
- Support training, process updates, and new-hire onboarding.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Accounts Receivable.
- Experience handling Home Healthcare AR is preferred.
- Prior experience in a Team Coach / SME role.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, denials, appeals, and AR follow-up.
- Good knowledge of payer processes and healthcare terminology.
- Strong analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage performance in a target-driven environment.
