About the Role
We're looking for a Visual & Motion Design Associate, someone who can pick up a brief and run with it end to end, whether that means a static Instagram carousel, a 15-second Reel, an explainer video, or a full motion-graphics piece for a corporate pitch.
This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong, visible portfolio fast. You won't be boxed into one lane; you'll design, animate, edit, and ship, often all in the same week, working closely with Marketing, Product, and the Corporate Commute team.

Key Responsibilities
Static & Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and campaign assets across digital and print
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve visual consistency across brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits
- Design assets for events, activations, and on-ground brand initiatives
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Conceptualise and animate short-form motion content for social, product explainers, and campaigns
- Build motion assets for app UI walkthroughs, feature launches, and onboarding flows
- Create animated logos, transitions, lower-thirds, and other brand motion elements
Video
- Shoot and/or edit short-form video content for social media, testimonials, and internal comms
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with sound design, captions, and pacing suited to each platform
- Support video content for corporate/B2B decks and partner-facing presentations
Creative Process & Collaboration
- Translate briefs from Marketing, Sales, and Product into visual concepts independently
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without dropping quality
- Stay on top of design and content trends relevant to social, mobility, and B2B/consumer brands
- Organise and maintain a clean library of assets, templates, and source files
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing, i.e. internship, freelance, or apprenticeship experience counts
- A portfolio/reel is mandatory; we want to see a range across at least two of: static design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalents like Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working fast, iterating on feedback, and juggling multiple briefs at once
- Basic understanding of what performs on social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) is a big plus
- Bonus: sound design/editing skills, basic shooting/videography experience, or 3D/illustration skills
