About the Role
We are looking for a creative Visual Designer who can manage the complete content lifecycle and transform ideas into impactful visual stories.
Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit → Post → Analyse → Improve
The candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. The ideal candidate should combine creativity, design skills, and storytelling ability to create engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage content workflow from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Edit professional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Produce Reels, Shorts, corporate videos, project showcases, event highlights, and promotional content.
• Support video shoots with framing, composition, shot planning, and basic production setup.
• Design posters, thumbnails, banners, presentations, and social media creatives.
• Collaborate with teams to understand projects and convert technical information into engaging visual content.
• Analyse content performance and improve future creatives.
• Maintain Nakshatech brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
• 1+ year experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling and AI video generation.
• Basic knowledge of shooting techniques, framing, colour correction, and audio editing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Photography and videography.
• Storyboarding and script writing.
• Canva and AI creative tools.
• Social media content creation.
• Basic content performance analysis.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates should share a portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, social media creatives, Reels, corporate videos, promotional content, or similar creative work.
