Job details:
Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2 years in VM
Company Overview
Delco Shoes is a fast-growing multi-brand footwear retailer, bringing together globally loved brands like Crocs, Skechers and Birkenstock under one roof. With stores across North India and a growing presence at delcoshoes.com, we're scaling quickly — building modern systems, a stronger team and a brand identity that speaks to where retail is headed. As we grow, how our stores look and feel is becoming just as important as what's on the shelves.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Visual Merchandiser to lead the look and feel of our flagship stores. You'll design displays, windows and in-store experiences that make people stop, notice and stay a little longer and build the templates that carry that same standard across our growing store network. This role goes beyond design: once a display or campaign goes live, you'll track how it actually performed and use that to sharpen the next one. This is a full-loop, hands-on role for someone who wants real creative ownership backed by real data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute VM strategy across flagship and key stores — windows, displays, in-store zones, seasonal setups
- Build VM templates and guidelines that other stores can follow to maintain a consistent experience
- Translate brand identity into physical space across every store touchpoint
- Plan and refresh displays around seasons, launches and campaigns
- Analyse sales data after major displays or campaigns to see what worked and apply it going forward
- Train and guide store teams on maintaining VM standards
- Continuously evolve the store look as trends, seasons and stock shift
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in retail visual merchandising is required (minimum 2 years, preferrably footwear)
- A sharp eye for detail, space and how people move through a room
- Curiosity about the numbers behind the design — you want to know if what you built actually worked
- Strong communication skills to work closely with store teams and leadership
- High energy and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a team
- Willing to travel across stores as needed
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience building VM guidelines or templates used across multiple locations
- Familiarity with reading basic sales or footfall data
- Experience working across multiple retail brands or categories
What You'll Gain
- A seat on a young, ambitious team that's building something real
- Full-loop learning — design it, set it up, see the sales data, sharpen the next one
- Real creative ownership with your eye shaping every Delco store customers walk into
- A genuine, fast path to grow into Senior Management as the company scales
- A brand new, modern office environment designed for a team that's moving forward
