Role Description The Visual Designer role at Gencosys is a full-time, on-site position based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The Visual Designer will create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, and web assets, aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and development teams, translating concepts into graphics, refining design drafts based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role also involves contributing to branding initiatives, preparing design files for production or web use, and maintaining an organized library of design assets to support ongoing campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in visual design and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
- Experience with branding and graphics to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across various channels.
- Proficiency in web design principles, including layout, typography, and responsive design for digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an IT or digital agency environment is an added advantage.
