We’re Hiring | Graphic Designer
Avantula — Real Estate Marketing Agency | Nagpur
Avantula is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The role involves working on premium real estate brands and marketing campaigns across India and Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create performance-focused visuals for Meta and other digital advertising platforms.
- Develop property brochures, presentations, sales collaterals and marketing materials.
- Work on logo design, brand identity and branding projects.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats, platforms and communication channels.
- Maintain strong standards of typography, composition, layout and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content and video teams.
- Prepare final artwork for both digital and print applications.
- Contribute innovative design ideas to improve brand communication and campaign performance.
Requirements- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, composition and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of typography, layout and colour theory.
- Experience or strong understanding of logo design and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
- Real estate or marketing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
