About Role:
We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can make things look good and make people care.
We’re a team that thinks fast, ships faster, makes mistakes fast, learns quickly, and goes again. Your role won’t be boxed into a format, channel, or checklist.
Basically, we want you to bring your whole creative brain to the table.
What you’ll do
- Design across digital ads, CRM, social, OOH, BTL and brand campaigns
- Turn ideas into visual systems that actually have a point of view
- Work with copywriters, marketers and designers to take campaigns from “what if…” to “shipped”
- Work with teams across Snabbit and use design to solve real problems
- Try things. Test things. Make things better.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience at a creative/advertising agency working on consumer brands, or within a consumer startup/brand team
- Strong visual fundamentals and a sharp eye for type, layout, composition and detail
- Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion/video skills? Big plus.
- Someone who can take a brief and run with it but isn’t afraid to question and be the devil's advocate.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable putting work out there, learning from what tanks, and trying again.
