Role Description The Visual Content Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. In this position, the designer creates visual content for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, patient-facing materials, clinic branding assets, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and operations teams to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging visuals, maintaining design consistency across the Smilebird Health brand, and adapting content for different formats and audiences. The role also involves contributing to content planning, supporting campaign execution, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance metrics. The Visual Content Designer works closely with marketing, product, and clinic teams to ensure all visual materials support patient trust and clinic growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to create and adapt visual materials, with strong skills in graphic design and video editing
- Experience contributing to Content Strategy, including planning visual campaigns and aligning materials with brand goals.
- Strong Communication and Research skills to understand user needs, interpret healthcare information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar), and familiarity with digital and social media formats.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or service-oriented industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
