Visa Counsellor – Jalandhar- Chandigarh
We are hiring an experienced Visa Counsellor for our Day Shift team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, assessing visa eligibility, handling documentation, and managing international client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on visa categories, eligibility & documentation.
- Assess profiles and recommend suitable study/tourist visa options.
- Prepare and review applications for accuracy & compliance.
- Handle client queries through calls, emails & virtual meetings.
- Maintain case records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with immigration rules and policy changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor – Mandatory
- Experience in Study Visa Counselling – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, confident, and able to work independently.
