What will you do?
✨ Connect with prospective parents and understand their requirements
✨ Handle inbound & outbound calls and WhatsApp queries
✨ Explain Footprints’ programs and services
✨ Schedule centre visits and follow up with prospects
✨ Support parents throughout the admission journey
✨ Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM
What we’re looking for:
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong listening and convincing skills
✅ Customer-focused approach
✅ CRM & computer proficiency
✅ 2 years of relevant sales experience
