Job Opening: Videographer
Location: Mangaluru (Onsite Only)
Position: Full Time
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on evaluation

Kamath Solutions is a brand strategy and marketing agency based in Mangaluru. We work with a select set of clients across fitness, hospitality, aesthetics and consumer brands. We are in the middle of rebranding ourselves at the moment, so there is not much to see online yet.
About the Role
We are hiring a Videographer to join our team. The work is mainly shooting short form video for social media, including reels, talking head videos and service, lifestyle and product content, along with occasional long form videos. You will plan and shoot content at client locations, working directly with the founder and alongside our video editor.
Key Responsibilities
- Shooting short form video for Instagram and other social platforms, at client locations and instudio
- Shooting occasional long form videos, with enough coverage to hold attention across a longer edit
- Planning shoots with a shot list and capturing enough angles and B Roll for the editor to work with
- Setting up lighting and recording clean audio for talking head videos
- Directing clients, staff and customers on camera so they look natural and confident
- Handling and maintaining camera equipment and organising and backing up footage after every shoot
- Supporting the video editor with rough cuts and simple edits on non shoot days
- Contributing to our own rebranding, including video content for our channels
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional videography experience, ideally with short form social content
- Comfortable shooting on Sony mirrorless cameras
- Working knowledge of lighting, framing, camera movement and audio recording
- Basic editing skills in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- A portfolio or showreel with videos you have shot yourself
- Good communication skills and comfort working with people on camera
- Ability to handle several clients at once and keep to schedules without being chased
- Nice to have: gimbal experience

Additional Information
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
- Occasional early morning or evening shoots, depending on client timings
