We’re Hiring: Video Production Intern
Digital Spark, a unit of Spark India (DishaVerse Pvt. Ltd.), is looking for a Video Production Intern who is interested in video creation, camera operations and production coordination.
This is a hands-on internship for students and freshers who want to gain practical experience in video shoots, camera handling, production management, footage management and digital content creation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and executing video shoots.
- Support the team during video production and content creation.
- Handle cameras and basic camera equipment during shoots.
- Set up, manage and safely handle camera and related production equipment.
- Coordinate with anchors, guests and other people involved in shoots.
- Ensure all required equipment is ready before every shoot.
- Assist the production team during shoots and manage day-to-day production requirements.
- Manage and organize raw video footage after shoots.
- Properly arrange, label and maintain video files for easy access.
- Transfer and provide organized footage to the video editing team.
- Coordinate with editors to ensure all required footage is available.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of camera equipment and video footage.
- Support the team in maintaining an efficient video production workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in video production, filmmaking, photography or digital content creation.
- Basic understanding of cameras and video equipment.
- Willingness to learn camera operations and production workflows.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with anchors, guests and team members.
- Organized approach to managing video files and footage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Students and freshers with relevant skills or interest are welcome to apply.

- PPO Opportunity: Based on your performance during the internship, you may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
- Stipend: Eligible interns may receive a complete stipend based on performance and applicable internship terms
PPO and stipend eligibility will be determined based on individual performance, contribution and overall internship evaluation.
