At YouTube For Brands, we've spent 7 years helping Groww, Google, Wint Wealth, Motilal Oswal, Dezerv, InCred Finance and Zero1 by Zerodha grow on YouTube.
You'll take a 20-minute podcast or brand film and find the four moments inside it worth cutting into Shorts and Reels. Long-form builds the trust; short-form builds the reach. This role owns the second half.
What we're looking for
• 2–3 years editing short-form, with a portfolio of Shorts and Reels
• A fair understanding of retention cuts, hooks, dopamine ladder, and audience behaviour
• Premiere Pro, DaVinci or Final Cut, plus After Effects or CapCut
• Strong eye for typography, pacing and visual consistency
• Consistent turnaround across multiple projects
Good to have: finance content, podcast clipping, thumbnail design, your own channel.
Shortlisted candidates get a short assignment.
