We’re looking for a new-age Video Editor (1-3 years of experience) who doesn’t just edit videos - but understands social media, trends, retention, hooks, and AI tools.
If you know how to turn boring footage into scroll-stopping content and use AI to move faster and smarter, this role is for you.
- 🚀 What You’ll Do: Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, Ads
Use AI tools to:
- Speed up editing
- Generate B-roll, subtitles, voice, visuals, or variations
- Turn raw ideas/scripts into high-retention content
Add:
- Strong hooks
- Fast pacing
- Captions, emojis, patterns, sound effects, trend formats
- Follow and adapt current social media trends
- Repurpose long content into multiple short viral clips
- Work closely with the content & marketing team
🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Thinks like a content creator, not just an editor and Understands:
- Retention
- Watch time
- Hook in first 3 seconds
Is comfortable with tools like (or similar):
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
- After Effects (basic is enough)
- AI tools like Runway, Pika, Descript, Veed, Opus, etc.
Knows how to:
- Use templates smartly
- Automate repetitive work
- Produce content fast without compromising quality
- Has good taste in visuals, pacing, and storytelling
