We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is creative, eager to learn, and interested in creating engaging content for real brands and businesses.
Role Description
As a Video Editor Intern at PrimexPixel, you will assist in creating and editing engaging video content for social media and digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Turning raw footage into engaging and polished videos
- Adding captions, text, transitions, music, and sound effects
- Basic color correction and audio enhancement
- Creating simple motion graphics and text animations
- Following creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Optimizing videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
- Organizing project files and footage
- Implementing feedback and making revisions
- Keeping up with current short-form video trends
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of video editing
- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools
- Understanding of cuts, pacing, transitions, captions, and music
- Good sense of storytelling and visual composition
- Interest in social media and short-form content
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic portfolio or sample work is preferred
