Role Description The Video Editor – Final Cut-Pro role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will edit and assemble video reviews and technology-related content using Final Cut Pro, ensuring high production standards and consistency with the brand’s visual style. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and organizing footage, performing cuts and transitions, synchronizing audio, and applying color grading and basic motion graphics. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers, camera operators, and writers to refine storylines, add graphics, and prepare final exports for YouTube and other digital platforms. The role also involves managing project files, maintaining organized archives, and meeting publishing deadlines for regular content releases.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video editing, with professional proficiency in Final Cut Pro or similar non-linear editing tools.
- Ability to perform accurate video color grading and basic motion graphics work to enhance visual quality and engagement.
- Experience creating and integrating on-screen graphics, titles, and visual elements consistent with brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of digital video formats, codecs, resolutions, and audio workflows for online platforms such as YouTube.
- Prior experience in tech, media, or YouTube-based content creation is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong collaboration skills within a creative team environment.
