Role Description The Video Editor role at Wings Medivalue Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into high-quality content for marketing, patient education, and branding purposes. Daily tasks include assembling clips, applying transitions, sound and color adjustments, and integrating motion graphics or titles as needed. The role involves collaborating with marketing and healthcare teams to understand project objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting deadlines for various campaigns. The Video Editor will also manage media assets, follow organized workflows, and suggest creative concepts to improve video storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating professional, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall video quality.
- Ability to design and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual explanations.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of audio editing and sound design for clear, balanced, and impactful videos.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a healthcare context.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
