*Roles & Responsibilities*
* Shoot high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, podcasts, and client communications.
* Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for multiple platforms.
* Plan and execute shoots in collaboration with the marketing team and leadership.
* Manage camera operations, lighting, audio, and complete production setup.
* Produce reels, YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, educational videos, and brand films.
* Leverage AI-powered editing and content creation tools to improve production speed and quality.
* Organize, manage, and archive video assets efficiently while maintaining premium production standards.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
* Hands-on experience in podcast production, including recording setups, multi-camera workflows, and podcast editing.
* Familiarity with AI-powered video editing, transcription, and content creation tools.
* Strong visual storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
